when do I need a building upgrade?
We have commonly found that after 20 years, many building components are reaching the end of their useful life. Asset Environments evaluates the existing systems to identify opportunities for improvement before they become expensive emergency repairs. 

​By upgrading the efficiency and effectiveness of your equipment, it will reduce utility costs, maintenance costs, add additional control, and improve tenant satisfaction.
Who is qualified to perform building upgrades? 
Building owners should use qualified energy professionals to perform energy studies and resulting upgrades. Our engineering team has the training and experience to perform these studies and projects.
